Here's the PE group I was telling you about. They provide PE services to schools that serve low income kids. The coaches are trained by the organization then assigned to the schools. They're based up north, but I believe they're working on going national.

It's kind of oblique, but I thought their model might work for the Squeakland Foundation. As I understand it, a group of 6 schools pays $25,000 each. Sports4kids is then able to roll out their program in a new location. Each school gets trained coach and a play-based PE Program. Maybe the Squeakland Foundation could provide a Technology specialist and IT support, which is a HUGE problem for under-funded schools.
