After checking with teachers across a few states, here are some recommendations on advertising publications and sites, and information on their advertising rates.
On the print side, the most mentioned publications were Scholastic's "Instructor" and "Teaching K-8".

  • Scholastic online and official rate sheets

    • Online: Geo-target at a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) of $15 net; However, cannot target grade-specific
